VISION
EMC vision is to improve the lives of those living with
mental illness and provide emotional wellness for individuals and families
as we strive to deliver services and support necessary to improve the quality of life.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons and at various times throughout their life. Asking for help can be one of the hardest yet most rewarding decisions you can make for yourself. As a clinician, my goal is to explore with you areas in your life that have caused pain and suffering, help you to achieve greater self-awareness, and increase personal growth. I aim to provide a strong and caring presence that allows you to relax, take your guard down and explore the most honest version of you.
I work with individuals struggling with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. My experience includes working in school-based programs, mental health inpatient/outpatient, and residential programs. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and empowering. I am very passionate about helping my clients live a more meaningful life. As part of Life Strategies Counseling, Inc., I consult with our team of mental health professionals who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered.
